GRAVURE/FlEXO - HIPRINT PEONY

Flexo/Gravure surface printing ink system on treated films specifically for Milk Pouches, Oil Pouches & Carry Bags.

Colours : Beside standard process and standard colours, matching can be made available.

Substrate : Applicable on treated, multi-layer polyethylene films, PP, PE Met PVC, Met BOPP , Met PET , Pearlised BOPP.

Solvents System :

  • Gravure Reducer : Normal Propanol 80% : Ethyl Acetete 20%
  • Gravure Retarder : n-butanol (NBA)
  • Flexo Reducer : Normal Propanol 80% : Noraml Propyl Acetate 20%
  • Flexo Retarder : Methoxy Propanol

Over Print Varnish : OPV is recommended for better product resistance.

Key Features:

  • Good wrinkle and scratch resistance.
  • Designed especially for Fat resistance / Milk resistance.
  • Good gloss and press stability.
  • Heat resistance 110°C.
  • Suitable for Snacks & Milk packaging on treated PE.

Substrate : Treated PP & PE, PVC, Cellophane, Metallized PVC / BOPP / PET, Pearlised BOPP.

Solvents System :

  • Gravure Reducer : N-Propanol : Ethyl Acetate (80 : 20)
  • Gravure Retarder : Methoxy Propanol
  • Flexo Reducer : Normal propanol
  • Flexo Retarder : Methoxy Propanol

For Flexo printing ink systems. Surface printing application on HDPE woven sacks especially for Fertilizer grade packing, suitable for roll to bag and bag to bag printing.

Colours : Beside standard process and standard colours, matching can be made available.

Substrate : Untreated & Treated HDPE.

Process : Flexo.

Solvents System :

  • Reducer : IPA
  • Retarder : N-butanol (NBA)
